Any ideas on how to enforce a debt of circa 300 pounds. It appears Lowell are still issuing demands to alleged debtors when they can't even pay their own debs. Deadline from Judge was December 13th.

I believe you go back to the court to advise them and you can apply for an enforcement order, so you can send the bailiffs in.

Suggest that you remind Lowell that they have not paid and that if the money is not received in 7 days, you will be asking the court to enforce using bailiffs.
