Hi, I could really do with some advice please.

 

Before xmas we brought my daughter a blackberry playbook, using a £50 off any tablet at Currys. We tried to charge it the night before xmas eve and it wouldn't turn on, returned it to Currys and got a replacement.

 

At the end of Feb, the unit overheated and we returned it again and it was sent away. We finally received a new one on Saturday and when we got it home it just comes up with an error on screen. Phoned up Currys, they told us to bring it back in and they will send it back again.

 

Now since Christmas my daughter has barely had chance to play with her present so we decided we should pay the extra and get another tablet, this is where the problem is, the playbook was around £200 and then we had the £50 off any tablet, the voucher expired the end of Dec and so Currys won't honour it. We have recieved such bad customer service, never any updates on how long repairs will take etc and we only found out it had been delivered back to store on Saturday as we phoned.

 

Is this right?? Do I have a leg to stand on, i'm currently waiting for a phone call from head office and just really wanted some advice. I just feel really fed up with Currys and feel that they should honour the original voucher.
