incorrect bills, disconnection notice, enforcing unmanageable extortionate payment plans: usual BG Bull Tish.

Advised to contact the Ombudsmen to make an official complaint.

Has anyone done this and had any experience of doing this?

Is it worth us pursuing for a remedy or just a false hope.

Reading through the OFGEM guidelines that BG do not comply with and their long history of noncompliance, will the Ombudsmen do or be able to do anything anyway?
