Have just received a reply from Abbey with regard to the DPA request, in which they state that only current information held on their computer is bound by the 40 day ruling. All other information is now held on microfiche, which they claim is not bound by the DPA and it's information will not therefore be sent within the 40 day ruling. Is this correct, or is it just a stalling tactic?:-?
