The OFT has launched a review into payday loans. They are keen to seek opinion from the credit industry, debt advice industry, consumer groups and YOU.

If you would like to raise a complaint direct to the OFT please complete the following form and send it in:

The form is quite long and detailed but please do not left it put you off. Here is your chance to change the shape of the payday loan industry in the future.

payday lender has apologised to customers who received emails threatening to contact their employers if they did not settle their debts.

 

The National Debtline says it heard of numerous cases where MiniCredit acted in an overly aggressive manner.

MiniCredit says it has taken steps to ensure it does not happen again

 

The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) says companies should not act in a way that is likely to cause debtors public embarrassment.

Am I being thick, when you try to type into the form it just keeps copying the same details into all the spaces. Do I need to print it off and do it?

It's not the pop up blocker. When you start to fill it out, you put your name in , thats ok, you put your address in, thats ok, you put your contact details in...and that replaces your address and puts your contact details everywhere else
