I have written a letter of complaint to Barclays twice in regard to the appalling service I have received on more than one occasion from their telephone banking division. Both have been received and both have been ignored. The first letter was written on 15/10/11 and the second 31/01/12. They were sent to

What is my next course of action???

The Financial Ombudsman is the next step after you have been ignored for 8 weeks


Have a read of some of the articles in the Cagmag



The banks have a LEGAL duty to treat you fairly and if they don't you may have recourse through the courts

Enclose copies of your unanswered letters and ask for an immediate acknowledgement and a full response within 7 days.
