Hi

1985 Loyds TSB I obtained two credit cards visa/m/card

1992 could not meet repaymens on cards-CCJ made in respect of two cards/payment plan agreed by court.

1997 Could not meet repayment plan on cards re ccj order-application to court fo variation of orders made court agreed to variation £4 monthly on each card -accordingly set up s/o with my bank.

From 1997 to January 2012 payments have been made in accordance with ccj variation order without a break in payment.During this period I have recieved no correspondence from L/TSB.My own estimate is that I still owe approx £350 on each card.

January 2012 on checking my Bank statement I noticed the S/O payments for January had been returned to my a/c by Loyds TSB.I confimed by phone with my Bank(not L/TSB) that this s/o had been retrned to my a/c.

1997 because of my illness CAB dealt with my case and sent me all relavant papers. Also i moved address in 1997 .However I have living at current address since 1997.

January 2012 checked 3x CRA reports-all were clean.

Any ideas on how I should take this forward? I have not cancelled the two S/O so it will be interesting to see if they are returned again.

I am wondering if Loyds TSB have at this late stage closed my a/c or sol it to a DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY-not hat to deal with them fof some years now-I hope not.

Any views would be appreciated.

Thankyou in anticipation.

easy answer send a sar to lloyds and ask for all statements on these 2 account, by rights they should ahve sent a yearly statement anyway, if they have sold it on the CCJ payable amount stays in force anyway, and there is nothing a DCA can do about it
