A parking warden chucked the job in with my local council the other year, because he was told that he wasn't issuing enough tickets, and he felt that that it was an unfair situation - and that was 5 or 6 years ago, I think.

It's nothing new, it's just another example.

I used to work for a "Blue Chip" company that was an "Investor in People",

"Investor in People - Gold organisation, which means our policies and procedures are recognised as being exemplary" - by whom is it recognised, I wonder?

Recognised by the "Investors in People" organisation certainly - just like any trade body, [the BPA perhaps], but ask the majority of people what "Investor in People" means, and they'll look blankly at you.

Oh yes, and very shortly after we got that dubious honour, many of us were made redundant, perhaps not such a good investment after all - but it was a major British High Street bank, and their track record of investing isn't very good at the moment, is it?

All of these are on behalf of a friend.. Cabot - [There's no CCA!]

CapQuest - [There's no CCA!]

Barclays - Zinc, [There's no CCA!]

Robinson Way - Written off!

NatWest - Written off!
