Good, about time they listened to the people that have to suffer from visits from there people.

 

Without further communication, a Summons was received approximately seven working days later claiming a total outstanding payment and giving a court date.

 

I didnt think they could do that, thought it was down to the council?

Of corse, that explains why the council just leave them to do as they please and never question them. Silly me:oops:

 

they buy into the flannel and obfuscation fed to them by the Officers., perhaps we should email them the links to the worse cases (with OP's permission) perpetrated on people by Capqiuta,
