ALL CHANGE AGAIN!

Today, Quarterdeck Law has changed its name to... TURNBULL RUTHERFORD LTD!

Looks like someone really cocked up this whole name change and identity change.

They’ve probably had to turn it back so they can continue any legal processes, because they have failed to register the new name or send out letters of change of solicitor.

What a bunch of totally incompetent idiots.

Still not informed anyone of change of address.

US President Barack Obama referred to Ugland House as the biggest building in the world or the biggest tax SCA* in the world.

Can you detect a trend here?

Does anyone think that a new company somewhere called Quarterdeck Law Ltd has been set up? This has the same smell of HFO Services changing its name to Roxburghe then back again in a matter of days.

Hmmm.... I smell rats...

Not purchased a portfolio have they?

Guys am on the OFT website on CCA search am i right that HFO Services should be on this search if so why can't i find them?

http://www2.crw.gov.uk/pr/default.aspx

Type the name in as HFO Services *

If it’s not exact, it does not show, so use the wild card.

Ditto for HFO Cap, use HFO Capital *

The Department of Business and Skills should look

at all this as should the SRA.

If the core business of a solicitor is debt collect the OFT

can insist I think that the firm is outside the scope of the

general licensing afforded to solicitors as a professional group.

Ha ha ha!

Proof of quality profile?

Well, Kwikchex, you checked TR over rather too quickly, cos there’s no quality at all in that place. Shows that the Kwikchex business model is a great big sham as well, devoid of any honesty or honour whatsoever. What ‘chex’ exactly did you carry out, if any? And how much were you paid? Shame on you.

So you just pay £195, and that’s it...no real checks at all. In fact, the only checks are on publicly-available data. Oh dear.
