just got this back from lowell is there anything missing

and can they still sell debt on i have typed this letter out thanks

They've asked you to check the details....

 

I'd be reluctant to supply my bank details to bottom feeders like lowells. Can u request THEIR account number and sort code and make a deposit of the agreed amount? Or send a postal order?

 

I'm aware you've now got it in writing that theyve agreed to a set payment. But if they do make a "mistake" and accidentally take more than agreed, you'll be waiting a while for any overpayment to get back to you!

if you dont mind me asking i got same problem with lowell and roughly how much is your debt? and how long its been?

I had mine since Dec 2007 with £1330 and they dont want to agree F&F!!
