While parking my car in Tesco car park I stupidly managed to hit the trolley park shelter casusing quite bad denting and scratching to the rear side of my car. Will I be able to claim for the damage on my car insurance? Will it be a case of just paying the excess?

I am fully comprehensive with protected no claims.

Thank you.

it'll prob cost you more in exaggerated premiumsover the years than doing it on the qt

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Tallula

Welcome to CAG

It should be a fairly straight forward claim, but it might be worth getting an estimate to repair the damage and compare it to the cost of 'excess'.
