When submitting my Small Claims to my local Sheriff court, should I include a list of all the charges applied, e.g. date, amount, reason, etc or a photocopy of the relevant pages of my bank statements, or nothing at all?

Or should I use the BankCharges Excel file in the templates library?

A list of all charges etc

So it's OK to use the full Excel spreadsheet including the interest calculations? Or should I use this without the interest part at this stage? Who's responsibility is it to work out the interest?
