i know this is a similar thread but i need some help with reference to text loan account and admin charges and intrest fee's being added after i have requested that they are not.

Text loans are prepared to accept offer of repayment over ten month period when i asked for six and have added on admin charges worth 138.00 (for third party!) and interest charge of 3.40... a day and further admin charge of £25.00x 2

can anyone help with letter template.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
