LOL!

Good behind you all the way ! :-) cause it's just not right

Maybe cover yourself and send to both addresses

Northside House and East Street (because this is where I was told the 'Company Secretary' resides at East Street...)

I'll be watching for updates

Oh ok!! Will send to both addresses. Hopefully I'll leave double the amount of people open mouthed now with a letter telling them exactly what I think ;)

Ok, so customer support have emailed me telling me they couldn't open my income and expenditure details attachment. I replied telling them I'd resend it. Advised my debt management providers that I was going to forward it to them and they advised me NOT to. Told me that PDE have already received a copy of my income and expenditure details and also that the time is coming up to PDE sending my debt to a DCA.

I'm tempted to sit tight and see if they do pass me onto a DCA.

Decided not to send them another copy of my income an expenditure.

Will keep this thread updated.

To confirm. Following my complaint about telephone harassment - although they haven't told me the conclusion to my investigation. All calls have stopped for over a week!!!

Read them both thanks citizenB :)

Still nothing to update.... Although!!!

Checked my voicemail yesterday and I have one message from express finance debt recovery department. Think that they're trying to con me into believing the debt has gone to a DCA. I think it's more likely that the debts been passed down a few desks towards the toilet...

Sorry, haven't updated this thread for a while.

Things have gone pretty quiet...

They still refuse to be part of my DMP. They are receiving regular payments through the DMP though.

I get occasional emails from different people there, last one was this morning asking me for the name of my DMP company and my reference number.

Maybe now it has been passed down a few desks towards the toilets they've decided to actually accept my dmp? I'm still not holding my breath, everytime I receive an email from them, I respond and then hear nothing more until the next random person emails asking for a different piece of information.

They did write to me in the early days telling me they wouldn't be part of my dmp.

Do I get excited about their latest request for my DMP information? Or shall I come back here in another week and tell you that I'm still waiting for this to be resolved? Lol

Are you still with GP as a DMP or have you started managing this yourself ?

I cant remember if I gave you the following information, if you are still in a fee paying DMP and want to go ahead on your own then I think this would be the way to go.

The following has recently been brought to my attention and could prove very useful. Especially now the OFT guidance specifically states it's an Unfair practice to ignore a cashflow budget!

If you are experiencing difficulty in repaying your debts, CASHflow is a way for you to negotiate affordable repayments with your creditors. Before you can use CASHflow, you must have spoken to one of the free advice agencies licensed to offer CASHflow to their clients. The advice agency will start by talking to you about all of the options available, and can help you to decide if CASHflow is the right one for you.

If you decide to use CASHflow, you will be provided with all of the tools you need to be able to complete your own financial statement and negotiate offers of repayment with creditors yourself. This will enable you to stay in control of your situation, but still have support from an adviser at any stage if you need it.

You can contact a local advice agency to check if they offer CASHflow. You can find a list of free advice agencies that are near to you by searching for a money adviser in England or Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.

Alternatively, you can call National Debtline on 0808 808 4000

CASHflow: http://www.cashflow.uk.net/

National Debtline: http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/

If you are still with GP, then they shouldnt entertain any request to make one creditor a priority over another. If your DMP is sending payments, then the PDL company will have the reference numbers as it will be on the payments being made :)

Hi citizenb!

Currently still with GP...

Selfishly wanted to get all creditors on board with the dmp before attempting to come out of the plan and go it alone.

I have my letters ready to ALL creditors on the plan asking them if they would entertain a self managed DMP with the promises that the fee I have been paying to GP will be equally distributed amongst everybody increasing the amounts they receive and reducing the length of time it takes me to pay!

Aha!! Ok, I'll get onto that in the morning.

This particular company encouraged me to rollover monthly rather than paying back the original loan. Just looking through my old emails from them and found this..

Dear Mr*Bombaymix

Client Reference: 000000

Our records show that your payday loan is due shortly.

Unless we hear from you we will EXTEND your loan to your next payday as per your previous account conduct. We will set this up automatically for you.

However, should you wish to clear some or all of your loan, please make contact at your earliest convenience.

Also, if your debit card details have changed or you have any other change in personal details then please inform us:

1) Email us back: payday@paydayexpress.co.uk or

2) Call us on 020 8461 6710 or

3) Fax us on 0800 012 6862

If you want to continue to extend all of your loan then you do not need to reply to this email.

Regards,

Payday Express

Of course... Nobody forced me into my stupidity, nobody told me I had to rollover.. But as plenty of you know, paydays come and I had an option, pay £80 or pay £400.

To be fair, other company's (quick quid for example) limited the amount of times I rolled my loan over. Although annoyed, I remember coming off the phone to them after requesting a rollover and them refusing. But saying that, I think I reloaned with them a week later, so the extension rollover occurrence is pretty much useless anyway.

I suppose a responsible lender would see that some rely on payday loans too much and get into an endless cycle of borrowing and extending... But we're talking about payday loan sharks I suppose. And yes, I am aware that it's probably the consequences of my actions in my younger days with (Mis)managing credit that caused me to borrow from the likes of welcome finance (another story!!) and payday loan company's lol.

After reading recent posts, I still feel the desire to send them a picture of my middle finger with a note saying 'go on then, take me to court!'

How are you getting on asmilecostsnothing? x
