Hey, all :)

I've decided to go see my local CAB this coming Tuesday and discuss the possibility of getting a debt relief order done as soon as possible.

I'm not going to include my debts with Nationwide for now as i want to stay on good terms with them but i'm want to get other personal loans and pay day loans in default on there.

Anyways, does anyone have advice for me concerning this?

How to make a good case or whatever?

Any help would be appreciated :)

Hi

Before you do go that route, make sure you know all the pitfalls. Why not check out our 10 step guide HERE

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor

On reflection, i think a dmp will probably suit me best.

Can hopefully use this to my pay off my personal loans and credit card.

Still trying to negotiate with the three remaining pay day companies.
