ESA Support Group claimant and just received another ESA50

I'm in the ESA Support Group and have just rec'd another ESA50 and was wondering if anyone else had experienced this?

 

How should I approach completing the ESA50 and what are the chances of being taken off the ESA Support Group?

Just copy your last ESA50 unless there have been changes then include them.

 

I'm in the WRAG (appeal accepted after 6 months on DWP reconsideration) and my renewal turned up in July. Went to Welfare Rights place who filled in the original and they just copied the answers from the old ESA from to the new one.

 

Signed and sent that off Sept 2nd haven't heard anything since not a dicky bird.

 

No calls for a new round of WFIs (well I went to one last year sometime but was that distressed by it I think I've been black balled by the provider)

 

The answers on my ESA50 are a single sentence per question mirroring a DWP DMG memo. E.G. Has difficulty cooking as often burns pans due to forgetting they are on the heat.

 

Remember once your on ESA it's up to the DWP to prove that you are no longer eligible any more so....
