I have bought a number of items (three suits, a jumper and a coat) from Zara which have split, ripped and lost buttons after only a few weeks of normal wash and wear. When I complained to Zara, they advised that as the items were over 30 days old, there was no further action I could take.Is this entirely accurate? One would assume that their clothes should be designed to be a little more robust?
