Just had an interview with a "Sun" reporter re my Warrant of Execution, expect to see it in the next day or 2. And before anyone asks, yes - I did mention this group!

Knowing the sun the headline will be "whizzkid001 in saucy romp with bank charges"

Abbey (Charges on 3 accounts and default on my credit record) - DPA letter sent 30/03/06 - 40 days limit is 9th May - Recieved DPA printouts 05/04/06 with microfiche "fob off" letter. <p>Barclaycard (Charges on 1 account and default on my credit record) - DPA letter sent 03/04/06 - 40 days limit is 13th May - Recieved some statements 08/04/06 along with DPA printout and a microfiche "fob off" letter. Claim for £340 sent 11/04/06

Then again, there is no mention of bums, boobs or willies...so probably not!

LBA sent 10/04/06 - Ignored

Moneyclaim filed - 26.04.06

Acknowledgement received 3rd May. Halifax state they intend to defend.

Halifax Settled in Full - 17 May 2006

Will be a fairly big feature on me/charges in The Sun tomorrow, Tuesday. TVAM also want to do a feature Wednesday morning!

 

The 7 days Abbey had to apply for suspension of my Warrant to send the bailiffs in expires today, so they can serve at my local branch anytime from tomorrow onwards! Watch this space...

I've just read it in the Sun, great news!

 

Can they really defend it after you've been awarded a default judgement though? If they can then that stinks to be honest.

 

The article also mentions Stephn's success too.
