I have a Natwest Credit Card, I've been out of work for approx a year and have just manging the minimum paymentswith some missed, late payments and in the last couple of months I have defaulted on a few of them.I have just got a job and can once again start paying the minimum, i'm not using the card anymore, what do you think is the best course of action in getting some money back from them, freezing or lowering interest, etc.. your help would be greatly appreciated.

certainly get reclaiming PPI & unlawful charges.

have you all the statements?

what does your CRA file say about the debt?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
