hi

i have instructed a company to reclaim PPI on my behalf. i taken out a loan of £7500 + £1400ppi in 2003. i repaid the loan in full in 2007 (£12000 as i had missed payments and charges added). also i never claimed the PPI.

the company has said that it will also reclaim the charges for defaults as well as the PPI.

now the company has been keeping me informed of progress. they have written to the bank (i-group/ge money) and they are still awaiting a response. now they recently sent them a 'chaser' letter and i have been told that the bank has 8 weeks to reply then if they do not respond then they will get ANOTHER 8 weeks to respond to another 'chaser'.

only after they have not responded to the second 8 week period the company will take 'further' action (poss. court, letters)

is this the process companies have to adhere to and the time given to banks to reply????

i could do with the payout now.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
