Hi DX100,

Please see s158/s159 request addressed to Barclays. I am now waiting for a response from both Barclays (see earlier post this evening) and Cabot.

If Cabot just sweep aside my request and start escalating to the debt collection agencies etc and getting heavy handed, before the response from Barclays (the SAR) what do I do, and how do I defend myself?

Thanks,

David

Best regards,

David

Dear ds100uk

I have just scanned approx 19 documents, I am trying to put them in order and provide more clarification in response to your request above. Please bear with me. I will post later tonight/tomorrow. Thanks David

Dear DS100UK,

Just a quick note to see if you've had a chance to look at the documents that I posted. Cabot have starting ringing like mad again. I would be keen to hear your thoughts on the things posted.

Thanks very much, David

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets

as a picture file

remove all pers info inc barcodes etc using paint

but leave all figures and dates.

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites

convert the image to pdf format.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

NB:you can set where it goes in the post by hitting insert inline.

Contact the CRA and place a notice of dispute on your files.

My question now is as the debt was ''written'' off by Barclays

was it actually extinguished by this action, tax benefits have

been gained also.

I think als a SAR my produce some interesting information.

Dear Brigadier,

I wondered if you'd had a chance to review the documents that I sent over to you?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards, David
