cp plus, roxburghe, graham white. parking charge notice

Hi all

I need a little advice with regards to a parking charge notice.

I parked in a car park that uses ANPR which is run by cp plus,when i went to pay the touch screen panel said to put the last three digits of my registration in which i did.

Then a picture of a car came up on the screen which was not my vehicle so i pressed not my vehicle.

I then had to enter my full reg number and the charge came up on the screen of 0.00 so i did not pay anything.

Now i have two letters from roxburghe and one from graham white the latter saying NOTICE OF INTENDED LITIGATION.

 

I was wondering if the camera does not recognize the reg number does the machine default to a charge of 0.00.

Thanks for the advice i have read through alot of posts on this subject

and the concensus is to ignore.

But i saw a post where someone was actually being taken to court over a parking charge notice and it put the wind up me a little.

All the while they're saying "intended" you can laugh in their faces. In the extremely unlikely event they decided to take things further, you'd have a winning hand anyway.

roxburghe letters are sent out by dumb jon (0n £3-00 per hour),,graham whites are sent by janis, on the next desk along (she is on work experience) both companies are useless and gw is not a solicitors,both coincidentally based at the same address,,they dont do court,,why? you may say,,,because they will not only lose they will get laughed out,jobs a good one,, so guess what,,,,,IGNORE,,,all further loo paper/ threat o grams they send.

Can they force me to pay or should i still ignore the letter?

Just ignore. It's just part of their meaningless and hollow scare tactics.

read my previous post and other peoples,,yes,, ignore 100% and all threat o grams from them or any in relation to them,,jobs a good one,keep your money.
