Caro, please can you give me some advise on any action I can take! Both cases have been transfered to higher court in Leeds but haven't got hearing date yet. Have just been reading threads from Bankfodder on the fact that on the basis of BBC disclosures any existing F and F settlement agreement is vitiated. How does this affect my case? Also now considering claiming back a further 6 years of charges which would alter my claim substantially, but don't know how to go about this.

Do I just sit tight and carry on with the court cases or is there any thing I can do in the meantime? I would really appreciate your advise. Thanks.
