Hey all...

 

My debt is now with these guys, just under a couple of grand, have been trying to arrange some point of payment plan, and the least they could do it for is £400 a month!! Of course i can't afford that....so what do i do next?

Hi if you have their bank details then just make a payment for the amount you can afford if not then write to them making it clear that you want the bank details so that you can make a payment(don't say how much) and if they ring you say all communication in writing and put the phone down. If they keep ringing get a loud whistle.

"my debt", were you paying it, was it with the OC or a debt collector?

 

Sounds like a possible "prove it" letter and a CCA to them.

 

Need more details but I'd pay nothing, say nothing and give some more details...
