Small Claims Issue with Name

Can anyone tell me, how this stands.

 

I purchased a TV from Dixon's Online but since then they have changed their name so many times, so there is now an issue with a Small Claim against them.

 

I have been dealing with the Head Office and no where have they indicated that I should be addressing all my letter's with the DSG ##### or what ever the name should be.

 

Since the Head Office still failed to resolve the matter over a long number of years, I issued a Small Claim. Now I finally get a response and they say, I not currently filed the claim

 

How are you suppose to know, who you are dealing with? when the Company changes names and then the Head Office took responsibility?

 

Who are the best people if not here to check this Technicality.

Any claim againstDixon's, Currys, PC World should be issued against the parent company DSG Retail Ltd, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7TG.

 

Who have you actually issued the claim against?

Head Office - Dixons Retail Plc as they said they will deal with the matter, hence why I thought they then accepted the transfer of contract.

 

They also own the other Groups, but I may leave it to a Judge and then re-file it, if need be.
