The OFT's new "Director of Consumer Credit", David Fisher, want to learn more about the debt collection industry so he approached the Credit Services Association advising that he wished to visit a DCA.Who did they pick?1st Credit! Thats right. The OFT are now best friends with 1st Credit and Mr Fisher was very impressed when he visited on 12 October this year.

reminds me of another recent first post that stated welcome finance were "selling" debts to other companies is their group. then provided no evidence and never heard of again.
