Hi, rather than post on my existing thread I wanted to keep this thread more conscise.

Had my appeal at work, redundancy postponed again til end October. Really need to locate the Law which states as soon as company know your job will be gone, they should put you at risk.

 

Company stopped my maternity cover doing my job May/June (gave her another job in team), therefore effectively making my role redundant the day they removed her and yet they postponed putting me at risk til my return on 12th Sept (denying me Regulation 10 protection, which they deny doing deliberately).

 

If anyone could please point me in the direction of this Law I would be very grateful.
