As i understand it you cannot use po box numbers for claims.

 

The best bet is to use the companies registered address i believe, did you use MCOL or an N1?

 

Either way give whoever a ring and see if you can change it i suggest.

I have written Barclaycard trading name of

Barclays bank Plc at that address churchill place? I can still chage it though as it's still not been issued as have gone for fee remission

 

Barclaycard Student credit card £400 partial refund received, S.A.R -

Open & Direct Finance- extortionate, cca to Rockwell debt collection they ran away, now with Bryan Carter, no cca 17/03/08 sent back to Open

Pugsley v Littlwoods, have not received the signed credit agreement only quoting reg of 1983

Pugsley v Fashion World JD williams, 17/03 2008 Debt Managers returning file to JD williams as they could not supply the credit agreement

Capital one MCOL Settled in full

Smile lba settled in full

okay an update on this

 

they acknowledged the claim on the 14th day and entered their defence on the 28th day!! typical! anyway the first defence point is that barclaycard is a trading name and not a legal entitity in itself. they have then gone on with all the other standard parts of their defence.

 

any advice on this have i messed up?? but if i have why have barclaycard bothered with a full defence etc??? are they just trying to get me to drop it?
