Hello,

I have a htc sensation handset with vodafone on a contract and its around 4 months old. The phone has developed a fault where the battery lasts no time at all and the phone gets very hot.

I took the phone back to the store and they have sent the phone away for repair but was this the right thing to do?

The phone was originally purchased from us the online store and collected from the store.

Thanks

Hi scott7saunders,

I'm aware that you've been in touch with my colleagues while I've been on leave.

To make sure that everything has been sorted out I'll take a look at this and get back to you as soon as I can.

For anyone looking for further details on our exchange and repairs processes you can find these on our website here.

Kind regards,

Lee
