hi all, can you help. my friend got an overdraft increased on her bank account (the royal bank ) before they started charging every day for overdrafts. she couldnt afford the fee every month and left the bank obviously not paying the daily fee. the orginal overdraft was for £1200 this has now risen to £1600. she is unsure if she went into the back to sign a document for this. within the letter thye have said if you do not make the payment due we may try to take the payment from any current or savings account you have with us. she moved all her finances to another bank. she is on benefits with 2 young children and cant afford to pay a substantial amount every week. i am unsure what she can do with regards to CCA them etc as this ia an overdraft, can you help please

how much of the bal is their charges?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
