Their office is simply an accountant’s address where the shell Irish company is registered. It’s ‘ambiance’ totally reflects the character of the people at HFO and TR, so you know what you’re dealing with.

yes i have letters from HFO capital and services from the West Byfleet address so i presume they run from the same offices even though they are both registered at different addresses.

Quick update, Turnbull Rutherford letter arrived today confirming that they have been instructed to collect on behalf of HFO.

currently in the process of wording them a letter with copies of my previous correspondence with HFO attached, will wait and see what rubbish they come back with.

Yes they are the same, TR are HFO,s in house solicitors, Alasdair Turnbull of TR solicitors has been a director of HFO in the past.

He is Company Secretary of HFO Capital! See above. Different companies but crossover in, er, interests. Turnbull Rutherford’s independence is compromised, in my opinion, by Mr Turnbull’s relationship with his ‘client’. This would run against SRA regulations.
