Yes it should be fine as it is payment

in to your account, you are not setting

up or authorising any kind of payment

out,, and it's quicker and safer than cheque payment.

I you are concerned just tell your bank to expect

a 1 off payment in and no other transactions are authorised.

URGENT CAGGERS!

 

wow...

 

defaulted loan offered me £2,200. ..remaining payment £3,400.

I m happy with offer, but why they are asking for my bank account to be paid in...?(electronic transfer)

offer letter states the refunded amount will be deducted from defaulted loan (account)???

 

please help...is this standard???

Hi there - just reading this thread with interest and got this far - Why has this creditor offered you a refund? Was this for PPI or something else? Taking an interest as I'm embarking on our CCA request path...

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
