finaly got my wifes tribunal date through today 7th october,so now not only is she worrying about that but also about her medical,any helpfull tips for the tribunal would be very greatfull as i am doing this by myself as my wife cain't many many thanks

thanks i will look at these i have done a covering letter saying why she disagrees with their decision, i have also done a letter saying what her daily life is and her mum as done a letter she is due to see her doc next week so will be asking him too

The best advice I can give is all evidence you provide needs to, if possible, speak about the activities in the descriptors that she fulfills. The descriptors and exceptional circumstances criteria are all that matter in proving your case. The most important thing in disproving their case is ripping apart the atos report and any justifications by the DWP decision maker.
