How long ago was the card taken out. send £1.00 postal order to DCA. Make sure you write FOR CCA REQUEST ONLY.

 

They won't like it, will spout that it is enforcible even if they don't produce... Let's come to that bridge later.

thanks for the reply happyhippy, the card was taken out about 6 years ago online, so i did not sign anything, thanks again

When did you take this out ? They would need to provide a copy of your agreement with a 'tick box' on it where you agreed to the T's and C's.. it wouldn' t need a signature unless this was taken out before December 2004 - Have a read of this - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?152384#post1618550
