I'm thinking of TUPE, hb. but of course if it the company that has been sold, the OP's claim remains against the company under its new owners. If, however, what has been sold is not the company but its business, then we need to look at TUPE. Hopefully the OP will be able to answer my question, so we can give properly focussed advice. -

You could try other firms. The Law Society website has a Find a Solicitor search facility so you can find local specialist lawyers who do motoring offences. HB -
would have been through payplan not PP themselves, they are just a debt charity, they typically forwarded you on to one of their favourite monthly Fee taking scammers that provided it. your banks DD should have their name.

I rang solicitors they won't talk to me I have to pay £180 and make an appointment. I've only got 10 days left. I mentioned about the inconsiderate driving charge thing and they said inconsiderate driving and careless driving are the same thing.

Its the 'nuclear' option of Johnson calling a general election (which the tories would almost certainly lose in a BIG way at the moment) thats undoubtedly holding many in check at the moment, although I think they are beginning to realise that they are going to need a fair bit of time to undo Johnsons, 'excesses, and that doing so will actually lose them some supporters to gain a chance of being elected. - That many of the current ministers wouldn't continue to be ministers even under a ruling but changed Tory leadership with all their attendant multiple fabulously paid 'advisory roles' in the private sector at risk - holds others back. As things are, I think labour will be the largest party, regaining about 80+ seats, with the Tories losing that many plus perhaps another 25-40 to the libs. it should be far more than that. but i don't underestimate the stupidity/lazyness of a significant portion of the UK electorate.
