Please please help me :(

 

i have a washing machine ive had it since 2007 and its never been right since the day i have had it, ive now had 22 call outs to it and now im asking for a replacement and they have said no.

They have been and replaced the shocks 18 times and now they have put cable ties on and think thats ok which i dont.

Its mastercare whatever happens, im sick of it now please if some one can help me please get in touch.

Write a Formal Letter of Complaint , mark it as such. Explain whats happened, explain that it's unacceptable and if the matter isn't resolved then you will take further action via the FOS or Small Claims Court. Send it to:-
