Not sure if Ive put this in right forum. My sister is a qualified midwife but hasn't practised for a few years

she is wanting to apply for a return to practise course and obviously a CRB check will be done. The

problem is she was banned for 12 months in 2007 for drink driving. She knows it wont effect

her registration as the nursing and midwifery council were made aware at the time, and she on leave

because her husband died. Does anyone know if it will stop her been given a place on the return to

clinical practise course. She doesnt want to hide anything, but she doesnt want reminders of such an

awful time. If anyone can clarify what may happen, it would be most appreiciated, as the worry is

putting her off applying.
