Looking back through my sons account ( whos data letter will be sent on monday)

It has aoocured to us on a few occasions that a charge for a non payment of DD due to a lack of funds and this he was charged for.

The amounts he missed his direct debits by where small eg £3.00

That charge then gave him an over his over draft charge.

If the Direct debit would have been paid he would have gotten a one charge of an Over his over draft.

I remember not very long ago LLoyds would pay a DD that was a few £'S over teh limit and advise you.

Now they have devised away to cause double charges so minting it in.

If i could high light every example that this has happened could it aid our fight.

Normaly a DD not taken is drawn again soon , giving you time to correct the situation. Which we could of doen on many occasions.

The small amount of £'s missing form the expected balance was usually missing through LLoyds dipping hand anyway.

hope all this makes sense

Jules

HI Alan

yeap i will cliam for them both, and already they are unlawfull, but surely there there has to be another heading for this action, as it is setting an account up to fail and paymore.

not just be quoting the unlawfull charge, if a buisness did this on teh door step they would be slated also, but i cant think of teh words for it sorry..

is it entrapment, setting you up for a result?? with out fair trade, i pay the bank for a bank account to work in my best interest. so is it a purchase of services, services which have been abused to exploit me, so the service i pay for has not been carried out.

oh my am i making sense, i dont knwo much about law, accept theres not enough of it to help the little people.

thanks

jules
