DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

looks like it has been merged here as this thread 'need help with NW cr cd' includes posts headed 'can someone help me understand....', which is the title of the linked thread in my post #48? maybe some latest post(s) in that linked thread was lost during the merge? :???:

  • 5 years later...

Sorry, I just saw this

- I went to live in Ireland due to serious health issues.

They are now sorted thankfully and I am back in the UK.

Natwest settled and so did my other creditor.

But it a serious family issue for them to work with me - I wouldn't recommend that route to anyone.

I was in a very bad place back in 2011

- thank you guys for having so much patience with me.

Reading over old posts is embarrassing.

I hope the other guy got his case sorted out too.
