Today is the 40th day since my recorded DPA arrived at HSBC.

I have not even had them acknowledge receipt of my request other than the copy I sent by email to customer relations that they are looking into it.

Is this normal behavior from them now?

Just carry on with the process and stick to the timetable, dont let then sway you, you are entitled to the data they hold on you. I ended up having to go to court to force them to give me my Data, despite actually acknowledging my original request.

DONT GIVE UP.;)
