Hi there

First thing I would do is work out a detailed budget taking into account ALL of your essential outgoings to find out what you have left.

Then you can pay them from whatever is left over on perhaps a pro-rata basis or a minimum amount to each.

They will probably kick up stink about it but these are not priority debts and if any of them decided to get stroppy you will have an excellent defence that you have worked out a detailed budget, you are paying what you can afford and have even taken out a second job to help you clear your commitments.

You wil write to each of them telling them what they are going to get...don't let them control you. You need to take control so you feel less stressed and more confident in what you are doing.

Getting a second job for a while is far better than keep rolling these things on

Hope this helps.

Hi soursally

Don't forget to change your bank account hun otherwise they will raid it. You say you rolled them over again this month, so that should give you a bit of time to set up a new account and move your priority direct debits over. BTW When is your default day? Once you do that then email them with your offers, make sure you leave enough money to pay your priorities plus normal living expenses - food etc (don't forget about emergencies as well). Once you have sorted out what you can really afford to pay then email them with something like this:

I cannot now afford to agreed monthly payments because GIVE YOUR REASON HERE Also, the interest on payday loans has made it impossible for me to now pay off lump sums on a monthly basis. I only have a monthly sum of £xx left for my creditors. I am willing to pay the original loan of £xxplus one month's interest. The offers I have made have been worked out on a pro−rata basis.

In view of my circumstances, please would you agree to temporarily accept a reduced offer of £xx per month. If charges are being added to the account I would be grateful if you would freeze these so that all payments made will reduce what I owe you.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Good Luck soursally keep us posted x
