Hi all,

Just wandering if you could help me out,

Can i claim back money for a card misuse fee?

what does unpaid R/P mean?

And what does paid referral mean and can i claim this back?

Thanks

Rhys

- Yes.

- Don't know. Doesn't matter, if it says "unpaid" and has a hefty price tag, go for it.

- Doesn't matter, see above and yes.

Make sure you read the FAQs thoroughly before starting, the answers are pretty much all there.

Not sure what R/P is, what context is it on your statement? Paid referral is where they have paid out a DD/SO/Cheque and it has made you go overdrawn. Unpaid is where they haven't paid as it would have made you go o/d. Either way as BW said you can claim.

Looks like RP might be "recurring payment." A standing order or something that goes out on a regular basis. The only other thing I could see in a list of acronyms was "re-print," which would presumably be copy statements.
