could you reply to this thread if you have or had duncton as your lender and how they treated you?

I had a duncton experience. They took my car after falling behind 2 months? I shall not bore you with the details about it, but I offered to make up the payments. They were ok about it, it happened again and I was told only 2 defaults were allowed. Two very big and ugly blokes turned up, one could not fit into the car he was so overweight. I am glad to have got rid of them to be honest. They are a very shady bunch as is trace recovery their agents. The car was sold for its full retail value after i had it 18 months. They had twice as much as the car was worth in total if you include my deposit which was significant and the money I paid off also. I don't know how companies like these are regulated if at all.

there are very few ways they can legally repro the car

 

esp after 1/3rd has been paid.
