hi i got this email today

xxxxxx, you have now missed 2 months of membership fees

Hello xxxxxx

We have contacted you a number of times to request that you update your payment information, but you have now missed a second payment for your CreditExpert membership.

We will continue to try to take payment for your unpaid membership fees, to ensure that we’re able to do this you must now add a new payment card.

Ignoring this message will result in cancellation of your membership.

Your insurance has been cancelled

  • Your Identity Protection Insurance has been cancelled. If you are now the victim of identity fraud you will not be insured against the costs until your membership payment is taken.

Last chance to update your details:

    1. Log in to CreditExpert
    2. In the 'update your details' section, enter the details of your new payment card.

As you may be aware, the Home Office recommend that obtaining your Credit Report is a way of protecting yourself against ID theft.* Through your CreditExpert membership you have unlimited access to your credit report, score and our expert advice which will also give you a head start should you need to apply for the best credit deals.

To keep your membership, please go to the CreditExpert website and update your details now.

If we're still unable to take payment your membership will be cancelled.

Many thanks,

The CreditExpert team
