they have 14 days to acknowledge then a further 28 days i'm led to believe (by reading all the comments on this brill site) so guessing that all are doing the same 42 days then you win !!! and money takes about a week after. i put my case into court tuesday last week and havent heard a word yet!

Once you have filed your claim with the Court, Barclays have 14 days to Acknowledge the claim. This buys them another 14 days, by which time they must file a defence.


Once the defence has been received by the Court, they will send a copy to you, together with an Allocation Questionnaire to both sides. You have 14 days to complete and return the AQ. You then have to wait for the Court to allocate a hearing date. This currently can be anything up to 3 months ahead.


Barclays are unlikely to settle until a hearing date has been set, and then within a few days of the hearing date.
