i thinking the more people start to claim and they drag it out there will be a loophole they find and then could walk away with nothing. as we all know there has to be some charge there end for doing the paerwiork on charges

You can be certain that there are many who have won.

There is a little question about a certain confidentiality agreement and it appears lots have signed so for obvious reasons are unable to talk about it.

It would be more than their settlement was worth to do so !

Barclays certainly seem to be dragging their feet a bit more than others. They appear to offer part payment in return for closure, if you refuse this they go all the way to court, and then some ppl have won by default (no defence offered by Barclays)... and others are waiting for their date in court! (Others correct me if I'm wrong here).... Oh and thers have received phone calls once they've filed N1 offering part payment again.

I've filed N1 and Barclays have till 22nd Sept to reply. Really hope they don;t decide to make me the first person they face in court!

In the very unlikely chance that you DO end up going to court you can be certain there will be a lot of support for you.:)

I think it would be exciting to be the first to take on Barclays Bank in court.

Especially with all this info available and the strength of the case against them, God, I would take them to the cleaners!!

Don't worry about it, that's what the banks want you to do, they think you will threaten court, then bottle it, (I know- I used to work for this rip off bank!)

BE STRONG - the only reason you should worry, is if you're not properly prepared.
