Have been having a good read of all the info on here and just have a couple of queries.

My husband purchased a car through a dealer and the finance and PPI was arranged by GE Capital Ltd trading as GE custom finance agreement signed in March 2002 over 48 months and we settled the agreement in March 2005 do we have a claim or is it to old have all the paperwork here although we never got a policy and the dealer has put the PPI amount as the cash deposit amount no mention of the monthly PPI amount on the agreement form the dealer has ticked to box on the form to say that we wanted it I was not as savvy in them days as i am today worst luck.

I do have about 3 other potential claims i hope if the dates are not to old

Black Horse Finance Car Loan Mar 2005 - Mar 2009

HSBC old Personal loan still being paid off via a debt company taken out on May 1999 and defaulted on March 2003

Also late payment charges on the Black Horse Account above totalling abt £400

Would be grateful for some help please 8-)

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
