bank called and asked me to pay back, i said i had no money, lost all money while i was gambling, and i had no income at all, only can managed to pay 10 per month, they are considering now.

yes, when the job was done, i took all the money out in my pocket as CASH , I have put 15K into my another bank account ,

and only received letter and phone calls from bank,

first of all, they asked whether these transactions were done by myself, and then told me I shouldn't use that money as it was unarranged money for me, therefore i should pay it back. I said I lost all the money on gambling and I would like to pay back about 100 pounds per month, they haven't given my final reply yet.

 

If they say no and take any legal action, i don't care, I have no regular income at all, even the court can not force me to pay more than I can afford.

They can if it's a court fine for fraud. Or maybe you will end up in prison - and have to pay it back anyway.

I think this thread is either part of a con (wanting everyone to say "ooh how did you do that, please give me their phone number so I can do it too")

 

Or a DCA wanting CAGgers to endorse fraudulent activity.

 

Fortunately we arent quite that stupid, or immoral.
