What is it with the Wooly?

I wrote to my branch SAR they sent it to Barclays. Barclays respond saying it is being dealt with.

Sent half of my statements,

Write back to Barclays.

They write back saying - you bank with the Wooly write to them.

I know its delaying tactics but I wish they'd make up their Bl**dy mind eh!!

Anybody else having this.

Well what happened was this.

In June July they put 170 and 180 charges on my account respectively.

For 5 Direct debtis - total amount of debits £61. Reason they bounced, they came out whilst the woolwich transfered money from one account to another arghhhhhhh.

So I wrote to them to complain blah blah blah.

In the meantime I discovered this web site and realised I could claim them all back for the last six years.

So we had a "no your not having you charges back" letter followed by the bank phoning me to rub the salt in.

I responded with thats ok, Ive seen the CAG website and Im going to claim regarding OFT statement, see you in court.

Well guess what? hour later another manager on the fon amazingly they can now refund all of my charges!!!! wow in an hour they can do this!!!! Wonder why that happened?

So I said thanks but no thanks. This was then followed by another letter offering £200 (ok this is insulting as this is less than my charges for the last two months anyway) so I said I'll take the £200 but Im a coming after ya!!!

Now they told me to bog off.

So Im still waiting for my SAR to be responded to.

Both my letters been of fteh Barclays so I sent my SAR to them but they sent it back to me saying your account is with the Wooly - cheeky begas held on it for 10 days though! so Im still getting no where
